Hill & Plakias is one of the oldest law firms in continuous operation in Norfolk County. The firm was originally formed in Dedham in 1885 under the name of MacIntosh and Hill by Don Gleason Hill and later Don Gleason Hill, Jr. Don Gleason hill was known as the “Dean of Conveyancing” in Massachusetts for his expertise in title examination. Paul K. Plakias joined the practice in 1950 and formed the current firm of Hill & Plakias.

Dean P. Plakias joined the firm in 1989 and continues the firm’s proud tradition of providing quality, innovative and consistent service to our clients. The firm is distinguished by its legal expertise and experience in the areas of real estate, lender representation and probate law to business, institutions, and individuals.
